The double room was luxurious with all the usual amenities, a huge bath, as example. The staff were very nice and welcoming and the location was amazing...

They had amazing, luxurious units on the high floors and the breakfast in the garden was fantastic; the service was outstanding.

Loved how extraordinary and absolutely great the property was. I was there for 2 nights and ate at poolside restaurant for breakfast. The location was exceptional for me, to stay in the city surrounded by greenery. Ate at Rotiboy Tunjungan Plaza, it's not very far from the venue.

Overall a very nice stay for business trip. Absolutely fantastic breakfast, magnificent views, marvellous location near to the center of the property, and biggest mall. Modern and huge rooms with private bathrooms. Efficient check in and late check out. Poolside bar and nice pool.

The rooms on the higher floors are bright and spacious, making for a comfortable stay.

The hotel complex is very noble. The staff is friendly. The beds are comfortable. The pressure of the water at the shower are very good. The breakfast is in buffet format & very varied! The lady at the Egg station is wonderful! The restaurant/bar in the garden is beautiful, especially in the evening

Unfortunately the glass door of the shower was absolutely dirty. The sink was not cleaned properly either.

The rooms here are spacious and decorated in a simple style.

I am a lone traveller and enjoyed my stay tremendously. The staff were efficient and friendly. There were many kinds of sports and activities to amuse guests. The menu was varied and the food cooked to perfection! I travel a lot and look forward to returning to this hotel!

The accommodation units here are kept in excellent condition, well-organized, and offer stunning views.

Everyboby was so friendly. I was staying there with my Indonesian wife, who years ago use to work at the hotel. She met up with some of the staff that she worked with, which was nice. The hotel was an oasis of calm amidst the busy Yogyakarta backdrop.

The location is exceptional and really close to the town center, tennis court, and the biggest shopping complex in Surabaya. the hotel had particularly good views. - Tunjungan district is worth visiting. - We enjoyed eating at the hotel's poolside restaurant.

Lots of restaurant nearby, just love the environment, lots of greenery, friendly staff, good location.

buffte breakfast was okay...especially for indonesian food, the taste was not as expected.
